Sam Zamani

Founder, CEO / Chairman of the Board

Mr. Zamani is the founder and CEO of IMCI Technologies and has more than 39 years of executive leadership and technology management experience, including project management and product development in the IT, Telecom, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Power and Energy industries both domestically and internationally. During his tenure at IMCI, he has overseen the sales & marketing, product development, manufacturing, finance, HR, operations and legal functions.

He has led large projects with teams of 250 personnel and budgets more than $150M including the development of the Intelligent Network (IN) platform for MCI Communications, one of the only two such systems in the world. Prior to IMCI, he served in several management positions at MCI, US Army, CSC and NASA.

Mr. Zamani is a patent holder. He received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and attended the Master of Science program in Electronic Engineering and Computing at George Mason University.

Jeff Snyder

Senior Advisor and Board Member

Mr. Snyder is the Founder of CyberStratos LLC, a firm that focuses on Cyber strategy, business growth, and Cyber mergers and acquisitions. During the past 20 years, Mr. Snyder has held executive level positions involving strategic planning, business development, operations, and M&A activities with a variety of high-technology firms possessing a strategic interest in Cyber.

Prior to founding CyberStratos, Mr. Snyder was vice president of Cyber programs at Raytheon Company (NYSE: RTN), where he led the firm’s Cyber growth strategy, acquiring 20 Cyber firms with a $4B investment in building a portfolio of Cyber end-to-end capabilities, technologies, products, and services.

Prior to Raytheon, he was vice president of Cyber Programs for Cubic Corporation. There, he formed Cubic Cyber Solutions, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary, and led an initial Cyber acquisition focused on cross-domain technologies to launch the new subsidiary.

Mr. Snyder is also on the Advisory Board of Sertainty Corporation (a Digital Protection firm based in Nashville), Senior Cyber Advisor to CEA Global (an investment firm based in Tampa), the Advisory Board of Tortora Brayda Institute LLC (a Global Cyber and AI Think-tank based in San Francisco) and is a Senior Cyber Advisor to BCE Consulting (based in Boston).

Mr. Snyder serves on numerous cyber security committees and is a frequently sought speaker at global conferences and industry events to address a range of issues associated with the Cyber threat landscape and effective threat remediation and risk management strategies.

Mr. Snyder received his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He subsequently completed the Navy’s graduate-level nuclear engineering program and served on Nuclear Submarines. Mr. Snyder earned an MBA from the University of Central Florida with a focus on strategic planning and growth strategies for technology firms.

Eric Kinzey

Vice President, Product Management

Mr. Kinzey has provided IMCI with product management and customer service leadership for the past 24 years. His technical expertise includes network design and implementation, cyber security, systems deployment, network management, business process engineering and data analytics and pre-sales and post sales technical and customer support. He has broad experience with domestic and international systems deployments ranging from single-site small business entities to major telecommunications carriers with hundreds of sites worldwide.

He is well versed in IP and non-IP data communication protocols and networks in multi-platform environments including web services. In addition, he has extensive experience in evaluation, deployment and integration of SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition), ICS (Industrial Control Systems) and DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) solutions.

Mr. Kinzey holds an MBA from University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor’s degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH.

Mohammad Feizipour

Vice President, Software Engineering

Mr. Feizipour has over 39 years of professional, management, and technical experience and has been with IMCI since near its inception. As the VP of Software Engineering, Mr. Feizipour holds responsibility for software design, development, test, and integration. His extensive experience includes the agile based full system life cycle development along with microservice architecture, RESTful, JSON and XML and many others for data and network management products ranging from insertion and transmission of data using the vertical blanking interval (VBI) of the video signal, to development of an advanced family of graphical user interfaces.

He provided oversight for the operations of a 7x24 worldwide distributed database systems and currently manages the Agile-based development of embedded, network management and configuration management software. Prior to IMCI he held senior technical and management positions at the State Department, Data Broadcasting Corporation and FYI OnLine.

Mr. Feizipour received his BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland.

Rebah Elci

Vice President, Hardware R&D and Manufacturing

Mr. Elci joined IMCI in 1997 and was appointed the VP of R&D (Research and Development) in 2000. With 39 years of experience in electronic design and manufacturing, he has responsibility and oversight for all hardware design, CAD engineering, product development, electronic parts selection & procurement, vendor selection, supply chain management, product manufacturing, environmental compliance, regulatory certification, and quality assurance for IMCI's entire product line.

Prior to joining IMCI, he was the manager of test engineering for Denro Corporation where he successfully established the company's automated test group and prior to that, he served as a principal test engineer at Pulse Electronics.

Mr. Elci holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the George Washington University.

Mason Maher

Vice President, Finance and Operations

Mr. Maher joined IMCI in 1995 and was appointed VP of Operations in 2004. With 30 years of experience in the operational and financial arenas in an engineering environment. Mr. Maher brings a wealth of knowledge to IMCI. He oversees day to day administrative and financial operations of the company including finance and accounting, facilities management, vendor management, and human resources. Prior to joining the IMCI team, Mr. Maher has held management and engineering positions at several organizations such as MCI Telecommunications (X.400 Messaging platform development), Data Broadcasting Corporation (MarketWatch financial reporting product development), and TYX (test equipment development).

Mr. Maher holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Norfolk State University.
